What does pre order mean at She of the Lotus?
Every She of the Lotus piece is crafted and naturally hand-dyed by our local artisan partner in Jaipur, India. Because we create consciously and avoid overproduction, many of our designs are offered on a pre-order basis. Pre-ordering means your piece is made especially for you once your order is placed. This allows us to ensure every garment is made carefully and with intention.
Pre-orders give you access to limited pieces while supporting slow, sustainable fashion that values people and the planet.
Shipping
What is the expected delivery time?
As each She of the Lotus piece is crafted by our artisan partner in Jaipur, India, delivery timelines differ from standard ready-to-ship items.
For pre-order pieces, orders are collected during a dedicated pre-order window before production begins. Once the pre-order period closes, please allow approximately 6 weeks for your garment to be carefully crafted and dispatched.
Estimated delivery timelines will always be communicated on the product page (and in your order confirmation email).
Shipping within The Netherlands and Belgium is included. For orders outside these countries, a €15 shipping fee applies.

Sizing and Fit
How do I choose my size?
Each garment includes a size guide. Most styles fit true to size, but silhouettes may vary depending on the design. Fit notes are included in every product description. If you are between sizes or need help, contact us for personalized recommendations.
Do you offer custom length and sizing on bespoke?
Yes. On bespoke orders, we can create a custom pattern to your exact measurements for €95. Contact us before ordering for timing and details.
Returns
What is your refund policy?
In accordance with EU consumer regulations, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached. Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our team at info@sheofthelotus.com and we will guide you through the process.
Please note that items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
