Shipping policy

1. Delivery Time

As each She of the Lotus piece is crafted by our artisan partner in Jaipur, India, delivery timelines differ from standard ready-to-ship items.

For pre-order pieces, orders are collected during a dedicated pre-order window before production begins. Once the pre-order period closes, please allow approximately 6 weeks for your garment to be carefully crafted and dispatched.

Estimated delivery timelines will always be communicated on the product page (and in your order confirmation email).

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Shipping within The Netherlands and Belgium is included. For orders outside these countries, a €15 shipping fee applies.

2. Customs Responsibilities

For orders shipped to non-EU countries, customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. Customs fees are not included in our pricing, so please review your country’s customs policies before placing an order. She of the Lotus is not responsible for any customs-related requirements, delays, or actions taken in your country.

3. Shipment Delivery

She of the Lotus is not liable for missed deliveries if the customer fails to respond to delivery notifications, resulting in a returned package. If your order is returned to us due to a missed delivery, the cost of reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.

4. Damaged Shipments

We take great care in preparing each order. However, if your order arrives damaged, you may be eligible to make a claim. Please contact us at info@sheofthelotus.com to discuss your situation.

5. Return Policy

In accordance with EU consumer regulations, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached. Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our team at info@sheofthelotus.com and we will guide you through the process.

Please note that items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
